NORTH INDIAN FOOD CHAPPATHI MAKING

Instructions to make Chapati – Chapathi – Chappathi
1. In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, oil; pour the luke warm water gradually and manipulate well for few moments until its consolidated well. (Note : Make sure the mixture isn't actually quite tacky)
2. Cover the blending bowl in with a top and save it to the side for 10 minutes.
3. Gap the batter and fold into round formed little balls. Presently take the wooden board and sprinkle some flour on the board to abstain from staying.
